The folks at Eastern Floor Covering are great. They provided a good price and installation service for the laminate and linoleum coverings installed in my home. It’s been over two years since installation and all their products in workmanship is holding up very well. I do recommend them for flooring work.

Eastern floor covering has taken great care of my home for many years. From the moment you walk in the door it's like visiting with family. Communication is excellent throughout the process from selection to install and everyone involved is very professional. My most recent project was a two story fireplace wall and we are so pleased with how it turned out! I will be doing new flooring for the whole house soon and I will definitely be going back to Eastern to manage the project.

He is always very helpful and honest, and is a real asset to the company. The flooring we purchased was beautiful, and there were no flaws in any of the boards, something which doesn't happen when buying from other large multi-purpose companies.

Great customer service and pricing! The team worked with us on scheduling the install in two phases so we had time to shuffle everything around between the spaces. The crews handled all the large furniture pieces, including disassembling/reassembling beds. They did a great job with everything and we absolutely love the new carpet!

This location is beyond amazing! We moved across the country and needed to replace carpet at our new home. They sent us carpet samples and coordinated all of it. We had berber in our sun room when we moved in 10 years ago, and it looked fine until the cats got to it. They're good with their sand boxes, but with stomach upset, anything goes. We asked Steve Ward for an estimate and recommendations, and he steered us off a poor choice with a surface that is perfect. It's been down for over a year, enduring heavy furniture moving on it, cats doing their thing, and many other insults without a mark. Still looks brand new. The office staff, the installers and everyone associated with this outfit is first class. Happy customers.

We had been looking at the big box stores for laminate flooring as we wanted to install it ourselves. We couldn't find exactly what we wanted so we decided to check these guys out. The staff at Eastern Flooring took the time to listen and help us find the perfect colors and materials for what we wanted. We were able to order the needed materials and pick them up less than a week later. When we needed more supplies (because we rookies had wasted some material on trial and error), it was no problem just to pick up the phone and order what we needed. I will use them again in the future when we tackle the laundry room and bathroom for our tiling needs!
